I’ve complied the most commonly used data (at least for me) for decoding the Firebird and put it in PDF format. You’ll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it.

Here is a tool I created for decoding the VINs for 1982 -1992 Firebird’s and Camaro’s. Initially I created it to calculate the check digit and check VINs for vehicles on eBay. It was going to be for 82 through 84 Firebird's but once I got started I added information for the Camaro too.

It should run on any Windows 2000 or Windows XP system. It may run on older versions of Windows with Microsoft installer 3.1 installed, but I haven't tried.
Also notes: This was created for me by me, and I make no warranties on how will operate on your system. It's something I find useful and others may find useful also.
